Rotary drum cooler is used to cool fertilizer with certain temperature and particle size in both organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer production. Rotary drum cooler belongs to convection cooling equipment. With the rotation of the slightly slanted drum, the fertilizer inside does the same movement. The lifter installed on he inner wall of cylinder continuously lifts the granule materials and then the materials fall by gravity, forming a uniform material stream. Then, it counters with the cool air that is suctioned by induced draft fan and exchange heat, which the temperature of the materials is reduced. The cooled materials flow out from the lower end of rotary drum.
