Working Procedures of 30,000 Tons Compound Fertilizer Production Line 

1.Raw materials will be put into the batching machine for rationing according to the formula. Then the materials will be conveyed to the pan mixer. 
2. There are two sets of pan mixers in the fertilizer production line. The cycloidal reducer drives the main shaft, and conduct the power to the agitating arms. So the material will be fully mixed by the movements of the agitating arms and small blades. 
3.By the belt conveyor, the well mixed materials will meet the roll extrusion granulator. The materials will be put into for extrusion under the feeder through the hopper. Then the material will be extruded into granular compound fertilizers. The crushing rollers and screen will make the particles into required granule. 
4. Then the granule will be sent to the rotary drum screen, where the fertilizer granules will be grouped into qualified and unqualified.
